Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing "The 30-Day AI Income Blueprint" from SkillPrime.

No Refund Policy
As this is a digital product (eBook), once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded.

Common Issues & Solutions

1. I paid but did not receive the PDF
- First, check your email's Spam/Junk/Promotions folder — sometimes delivery emails land there
- Wait up to 30 minutes, as delivery can occasionally be delayed
- If still not received after 30 minutes, email us at growthkit.help@gmail.com with your order number and the email/phone number used at checkout — we will manually send your PDF within 24 hours

2. The PDF file is corrupted or won't open
- Try downloading the file again from the link provided
- Try opening it on a different device (phone/laptop) or app (Google Drive, Adobe Reader)
- If the issue persists, email us at growthkit.help@gmail.com and we will resend a working file within 24 hours

3. I was charged but the order shows "failed" or "incomplete"
- Do not make a second payment immediately — wait 15-20 minutes as the amount may auto-refund from the bank/UPI side
- If the amount was deducted but no order confirmation was received, email us at growthkit.help@gmail.com with a screenshot of the payment/transaction ID
- We will verify and either deliver your product or coordinate a refund via Razorpay within 3-5 business days

4. I entered the wrong email address at checkout
- Email us immediately at growthkit.help@gmail.com with your order number and the correct email address — we will resend the product to the correct email

General Resolution Timeline
- We respond to all support emails within 24-48 hours
- Genuine delivery/technical issues are resolved within 24 hours of contact
- Payment-related issues (failed/duplicate charges) are resolved within 3-5 business days

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description before purchasing, as all sales are final except for the technical issues mentioned above.
